The Opportunity
We’re hiring a finance leader who can own the fundamentals, bring order and speed, and automate the finance operating system end-to-end. This is a high-impact role for someone who combines leadership and execution: stabilizing reporting, improving forecasting accuracy, driving cash discipline, and implementing modern planning tools that scale with the business.
This role is finance-as-infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1) Finance Operating System & Automation
- Automate the full contract-to-cash lifecycle.
- Integrate CRM, ERP, billing, payroll, expenses, and BI.
- Reduce spreadsheet dependency.
- Establish clean data definitions and reporting cadence.
2) Forecasting, Planning & FP&A Tooling
- Own budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Lead selection and implementation of an FP&A platform (NetSuite Planning, Datarails, Adaptive, Cube, Mosaic, etc.).
- Build driver-based models tied to ARR, headcount, hosting costs, services margin, and cash.
- Improve forecast accuracy and variance analysis.
3) Cash Discipline & Unit Economics
- Maintain a cash-focused forecast.
- Monitor debt covenants.
- Own unit economics by product, segment, and geography.
- Partner on pricing and margin improvement.
4) Multi-Entity & Operational Finance
- Lead consolidation, intercompany, and FX treatment.
- Standardize finance processes globally.
5) Leadership & Business Partnership
- Lead and develop a lean finance team.
- Partner closely with the CEO and executive team.
- Deliver board-quality reporting and insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of finance leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven FP&A tool implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics.
- Track record of automation and systems integration.
- Hands-on leader comfortable with lean teams.
Working Model
Remote-friendly with periodic in-person sessions.
Compensation: $195,000-$215,000 + bonus
